  • HOW TO SIGN UP

    We are SO excited for you to take your first class with us!

    First download our app ‘The Lagree Method’ (it’s black and blue with 2 palm trees on it).

    Using the app purchase the “First Timer One Week Unlimited” option under pricing ($29). Your first class starts the day you book your first class NOT day of purchase.

    We recommend starting with an All Level Lagree class first. Pick a class that works best for your schedule.

    You have 7 days to use your classes. Late cancel fees (canceling before 8 hours of class -$15) and no show fees ($20) apply. There are no exceptions. We suggest you sign up for the week ahead of time.

    If you are on a waitlist you can get off the waitlist up to 2 hours before that class begins. If you can no longer make the class please remove yourself from the waitlist (there is no fee to do that).

    Let the instructor know of any injuries or medical concerns.

  • ARRIVE EARLY

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE class begins. We need this time to go over the machines, check you into class, and introduce you to the studio and your instructor.

    If you are not early you may be asked to leave and come back another time. This is for your safety.

    You will enter thru the SIDE DOOR as our front door stays locked.

  • WHAT YOU NEED

    Grip socks are mandatory for All Level Lagree and Combo classes. This is due to safety. If you do not have any we have some to purchase at the studio.

    Work out shoes are highly recommended for Combo and Versa Only classes. If you forget your shoes you can still take this classes using your grip socks.

    Please bring a water bottle. We have a water refill station.

    You may get sweaty on the VersaClimber. If you are on the First Timer One Week Unlimited a towel will be given to you for this class. If you sign up thru another option we offer a towel rental for $1.

    Please wear normal workout clothes.

    We do not have showers.
